At Juice Plus+®, we’re
obviously very interested in bringing better health and
nutrition to everyone - particularly children and their
families. Juice Plus+® and its people also have a long
history of giving back to the communities in which we do
business. To help us better focus our support and
communicate our efforts, we have created a non-profit
organization called the Juice Plus+® Children’s
Foundation.
Currently, the Juice
Plus+® Children’s Foundation provides financial and
volunteer assistance to five outstanding non-profit
organizations to support programs that help children and
their families lead healthier, happier lives.
St. Jude Children’s
Research Hospital is one of the world’s premier
pediatric cancer research centers. Its mission is to
find cures for children with cancer and other
catastrophic diseases through research and treatment.
The hospital was founded in 1962 by the late entertainer
Danny Thomas to fulfill his dream that "no child should
die in the dawn of life because of cancer or other
catastrophic diseases."
St. Jude has treated children from all 50 states and
from around the world; about 5,400 active patients are
seen at St. Jude each year.
